On the 14th of February 2020, stakeholders within the organization would converge at a dinner with their spouses to celebrate one another.
In a bid to making a positive impact on our immediate environment, we would be running free eye tests for members of selected communities. After the test, free eye glasses would also be given to people who need them.

The event included face-painting and bouncing castles for the kids. There was also swimming opportunities for families who wanted to spend time in the pool. Lots of drinks and plenty food to eat were available, and there was a chance to win amazing give-away prizes to the wives which included the star prize of a mobile Phone.
Santorini Frigate decided to end the year with a family picnic that was geared towards renewing and further strenghtening the bond within members of the club and their families.
The present state of the country's economy requires having extra knowledge that could guarantee a better living for both the employed and unemployed Nigerians. This extra knowledge for extra income can only be ensured through empowerment trainings. Hence, we deemed it necessary to empower our wives towards becoming self-reliant and self-dependent individuals who have the capacity to support the family.
We came up with a deliberate goal of giving all our members a full executive training experience which in future, would also pave way for an expanded collaboration with other core professionals within and outside the association. The ultimate goal of this vision is to provide advanced learning which would give an edge to our members in their personal and business development.
Members of Barbados Frigate decided to crown the season of love with a lovely Valentines Dinner. They stepped out in style with their wives as they came out to celebrate party after party. It was fun and so much brotherly discussion with our wives bonding together.
The World Cancer Day this year took a new turn with its change of Narrative to the “Lekan Fasule Cancer Day” in memory of one of our own whose life was cut short by cancer.
Alpha Galleon's Joint Float Nite was a vibrant celebration, uniting members in a lively atmosphere of camaraderie and socializing. As participants floated along, they forged meaningful connections and strengthened bonds within the club. The event exemplified the association's ethos of fostering friendship, networking, and a sense of belonging among its members.
The recently concluded Alpha Galleon Health Walk program was a resounding success, fostering camaraderie among members while promoting fitness and well-being. Participants embraced the opportunity to engage in physical activity, enjoying the refreshing outdoors and reaffirming their commitment to a healthy lifestyle. The event embodied unity, vitality, and community spirit.
The Balearic Frigate chapter of the Alpha Galleon Club recently held a successful World Malaria Day event on Lagos Island. The event featured free malaria testing for the public and the distribution of mosquito nets and other essential equipment to residents, significantly contributing to the community's health and well-being.
Children are the greatest teachers, their innocence and purity are lessons for all. Special thanks to Tasmania frigate and Alpha Galleon for a successful Children's Day Celebration.
Alpha Galleon organised a scheme to Train A Lord in Alpha (TRALORA). Participants were selected across various frigates and were trained on various skills based on their preference. The skills learned include Solar Panel Installation, CCTV Installation, and Forklift Driving.
Tasmania frigate has further proven their inclination towards giving back to the community, as they conducted free medical checkup for residents of Ikeja axis. Tests conducted include Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, Hepatitis B, HIV 1 & 2. Medical Consultants were also on ground to counsel individuals after the tests.
In line with the tradition of organizing FREE Eye Tests annually, Alpha Galleon gave out 100+ glasses during the 5th consecutive season of its FREE Eye Test program. Tests were conducted and glasses were given to members of the public who were in need of recommended glasses.
